Objects of the present invention:

  • to provide a modular fence framing assembly that is durable and easy to install and modify

  • to provide a modular fence framing assembly comprised of a non-corrosive extruded plastic material

  • to provide a modular fence framing assembly that retains a plurality of vertical fence boards or pickets in a fixed position

  • to provide a fence assembly having an insert with a plurality of apertures for the placement therein of board or picket distal ends

  • to provide a fence assembly wherein the insert apertures are places to provide either a privacy, semi-privacy or picket style fence

  • to provide a modular fence framing assembly containing a horizontal rail that forms a kickboard

  • to provide a modular fence framing assembly that is aesthetically pleasing

  • to provide a modular fence framing assembly wherein the boards or pickets can be selectively replaced

  • to provide a modular fence framing assembly that is simple in construction and easy to assemble
