As attorney for the inventor of the innovative Disposable Adhering Beverage Container Cover we are currently seeking manufacturing companies to license, purchase patent rights or enter into a royalty agreement for this timely invention.

The Disposable Adhering Beverage Container Cover is a beverage container cover that adheres to the rim of the beverage container and includes a tamper resistent straw which prevents the introduction of foreign substances into the beverage while providing access to the beverage.

Objects of the present invention:

to provide a beverage container cover which is able to prevent tampering with the contents contained therein

to provide a beverage container cover which is made of a malleable material and thereby able to be folded around a rim of a beverage container

to provide a beverage container cover wherein the undersurface of the cover is coated with an adhesive material for forming a seal with the rim of the container

to provide a beverage container cover including a tamper proof straw extending through a center portion of the cover

to provide a beverage container cover therein the straw has an outer cylindrical layer and a plurality of inner cylindrical tubes positioned within and extending through the length of the outer cylindrical layer, each inner cylindrical tube having a circumference a fraction of that of the outer cylindrical layer

to provide a beverage container cover wherein the straw has a circumference small enough to prevent the introduction of a substance therethrough thereby eliminating the possibility of the contents of the container from being contaminated

to provide a beverage container cover including a tamper resistant feature able to alert the user to any tampering with the cover

to provide a beverage container cover including a tab extending from the periphery thereof for aiding in the removal of the cover from a container after use

Now for the first time this unique product is available for millions of potential users. The low manufacturing cost is of major importance.
