As attorney for the inventor of the innovative Offset Power Strip we are currently seeking manufacturing companies to license, purchase patent rights or enter into a royalty agreement for this timely invention.

The Offset Power Strip is designed in a special zigzag shape, so that all of its socket members can be used to accommodate transformer plugs (the extra large rectangular plugs used by answering machines, cordless phones, modems, and re-chargeable power tools). Conventional power strips do not allow enough space for these plugs to fit properly. The Offset Power Strip also contains a circuit breaker reset button for safety purposes.

Objects of the present invention:

• to provide an offset power strip with a zigzag housing containing a plurality of staggered socket members therein, so that all of the socket members can be used to accommodate transformer plugs
  
  
• to provide an offset power strip that contains a built in circuit breaker with a rest button for safety, to protect all of the transformer plugs plugged into the staggered socket members
  
  
• to provide an offset power strip that is simple and easy to use
  
  
• to provide an offset power strip that is economical in cost to manufacture
