As attorney for the inventor of the innovative Trash Bag Patch we are currently seeking manufacturing companies to license, purchase patent rights or enter into a royalty agreement for this timely invention.

The Trash Bag Patch relates generally to plastic trash bags, and more specifically, to a patch system for repairing rips and tears that could be caused by the contents, animals, or factory imperfections among other things. A filled trash bag could be difficult to lift once the integrity of the bag is compromised thereby making it difficult to place inside another bag without making a mess. The present invention provides self-adhering patches manufactured of a similar material as that of a conventional trash bag with surface patches that are preferably substantially rectangular in shape for placement over the tear and elongated reinforcement strips for redistributing the internal tension exerted against the patch from the contents inside of the bag.

Objects of the present invention:

Now for the first time this unique product is available for millions of potential users. The low manufacturing cost is of major importance.
