Figure 1 is an illustrative view of a variety of installed novelty items which can be used as handles using the present invention.
Figure 2 is an enlarged view showing a sea shell being used as a hadle. Also shown is the typical means for mounting the handle on the toilet tank.
Figure 3 is an exploded view of the threaded shaft and the splayed threaded arms of the present invention. the arms are compressed to the threaded shaft and inserted into an opening in the seashell. Once inside the arms will fold out and can be used to hold the interior of the sea shell.
Figure 3A is an enlarged view showing the threaded shaft and the rotatable threaded arms which can be compressed to the shaft to be inserted into a small opening in the decorative seashell. Once insde the arms will expand out. It is not necessary to remove the shaft from the rest of the handle mechanism.
Figure 4 is an enlarged view showing the rest of the handle mechanism which is shown detacted from the threaded shaft just for illustrative purposes only.
Figure 5 shows the decorative shells and handle mechanism fully assembled. the shell is compressed between the threaded splayed arms and the rotatable disc.
Figure 6 is an illustration of another type of novelty item mounted to the handle mechanism. The novelty item being solid can be threaded onto the handle mechanism. The threaded arm are compressed to the threaded shaft and threaded into an opening in the decorative dolphin.
Figure 7 is an illustration of another type of novelty item, a fishing lure, mounted to the handle mechanism. The novelty item being solid can be threaded onto the handle mechanism. The threaded arms are compressed to the threaded shaft and threaded into an opening in the decorative fishing lure.
