Objects of the present invention:
- to provide an oversized sleeve for a coat hanger
- to provide a coat hanger sleeve that will support an article without leaving hanger marks on the garment
- to provide a coat hanger sleeve that can stand upright on its bottom edge and is therefore stackable
- to provide a coat hanger sleeve having a slot in the front skirt which allows for a hook and shank to be inserted therethrough
- to provide a coat hanger sleeve incorporating means for positioning the extension sleeve on a coat hanger
