The present invention discloses a method and apparatus for dispensing individually sealed packets of lip protectant retrievable from a dispenser unit by a consumer. Individual sanitary packets are provided having a chap lip and gloss formula therein. Each sealed packet provides all active and inactive ingredients, warnings and directions. The dispenser is designed to hold a plurality of the packets therein and is wall mountable by means of screw fasteners. The dispenser is designed to accept currency in the form of bills and coins.

Objects of the present invention:
- to provide single applications of lip gloss and chap to moisturize dry lips and apply gloss thereto
- to provide a sealed container having said lip gloss and chap protector therein
- to provide a dispenser having a plurality of said sealed container therein
- to provide a dispenser having means for accepting currency and dispensing said single application therefrom
