- to provide a personal sanitary device containing an extension handle with a pair of jaws providing means for attaching sanitary tissue or other wipe materials thereto
- to provide a personal sanitary device to assist individuals in personal hygiene that has an extension handle angled between the handle portion and the head portion of the device
