Objects of the present invention:

to provide a chair that provides both upper and lower seating in tandem
to provide a pop up footrest for the lower seating position
to provide a reclining backrest for the upper seating position
to provide a food/beverage receptacle
to provide an optional backrest for the lower seating to provide back support to a person sitting in the lower seating area
to provide operating handles to control the pop up footrest and optional reclining backrest
to provide a receptacle fot a remote control to control a television or VCR
to provide a paper towel dispenser to allow one to have access to paper towels to clean ones face or hands

Now for the first time this unique product is available for millions of potential users.
