The present invention incorporates a water dispenser with a bed headboard enabling users to a drink of water in bed without having to get up. The water dispenser of the present invention is comprised of a refillable reservoir for storing potable water that is selectively dispensable through a valved spout as desired. The electrical needs of the dispenser is powered by either an AC or DC power source.

Objects of the present invention: to provide a refillable water dispenser incorporated into a bed headboard that enables users to a drink of water without having to get out of bed to provide a water dispenser incorporated into a bed headboard to provide a water dispenser with a refillable reservoir to provide a water dispenser having a valve for selectively dispensing drinking water to provide a water dispenser having a water level sensor in communication with an exteriorly positioned indicator light to provide a water dispenser having means for varying the water temperature to provide a water dispenser with either AC or DC power source
