The Media Master Apparatus contains an adjustable stand supporting an electronics communication unit, which can be conveniently operated by a person using an exercise device adjacent the apparatus. This electronic communications unit can house a TV, CD player, Tape player, radio, and portable telephone. When a phone call comes in, a mute button can be easily activated to turn off the sound on the electronic devices, allowing the person exercising to answer the phone call.
