Objects of the present invention:

to provide a method of forming a decorative artificial bow using wire border ribbon in strip form either in rolls or otherwise cut by the user in lengths according to the bow size required

to provide loop members that are secured by means of a metal wire retainer, securing the center of the folded ribbon, forming the bow

to provide a bow that can be affixed with a self adhering portion with a peal of protective sheet paper to be removed when the bow is to be used

to provide a bow that can be affixed with any plurality of decorative items to reflect and holiday, season, or any relevant occasion
