The Cup Cake Hopper is a device that dispenses batter like foods including cup cakes, pan cakes and chocolate lollipops. The invention discloses a main housing having a slide track with slide plate attached above the interior orifice of the release spout. Riding within the slide track is a slide plate controlled and operated by an external spring handle. The spring handle consists of a pin and lock device in which the removable slide plate is held captive.

Figure 3 is an exploded view of the invention showing the spring handle in a relaxed position. The slide plate in its track and covering the inner dispensing hole. The sanitary lid is shown removed and the lower spout is also removed.

Figure 6 is view of the stand and dispenser. The dispenser has two stand adapters that are mounted to the stand and snapped into position. The stand consists of a metal wire like frame with four legs.
