Project Brief

The Aqua-Terra project is an international economic turn-around and expansion program that is a patented transport system invention [#7,114,882] granted in October of 2006.

Concerns about the economy, global warming, food, water, and clean air resonate around the world. This project has potential capabilities to transform 20th century ideas to 21st+ century realities.

One of the primary intents of Aqua-Terra is to provide a new economic world and industry to transform the economic situation and provide long-term solutions for generations to come.

The following illustrations introduce this revolutionary transport system that is housed in oceans and connects to various land-masses in all regions of our planet.

The Aqua-Terra project is a new industry that will revolutionize the existing long distance transportation industry while creating mass employment simultaneously in many regions of the world.

Our Planet Earth has a surface area of 510,066,000 sq. km. with a land mass of 148,647,000 sq. km. (29.1%) and Oceans covering an area of 335,258,000 sq. km. with a total water mass of 362,419,000 sq. km. (70.9%) of which 97% is salt and 3% is fresh.

Therefore, the Earth is approximately 71% water and contains five (5) oceans which include the Arctic, Atlantic, Indian, Pacific, and Southern. Historically, only four (4) oceans were officially recognized until the year 2000 A.D. at which time the International Hydrographic Organization established the Southern Ocean and thus, determined its limits. The limits include all water below 60 degrees south, and some of it, like Arctic Ocean, is frozen.

In size from largest to smallest, the five oceans are identified as follows: The Pacific is number one and the largest of the group with an area of 155,557,000 sq. km.

The Atlantic having an area of 76,762,000 sq. km. The Indian Ocean with covering an area of 68,556,000 sq. km. The Southern Ocean with an area of 20,327,000 sq. km. And the smallest Ocean is the Arctic with an area of 14,056,000 sq. km.

The depths of the Oceans vary and have been identified as follows: The Mariana Trench of the Pacific is 35,827 ft. deep. The Puerto Rico Trench which is located in the Atlantic is 30,246 ft. deep. The Java Trench that is located in the Indian Ocean is 24,460 ft. deep. The Arctic basin located in the Arctic Ocean is 18,456 ft. deep. And the depth of the Southern Ocean is yet to be determined and agreed-to by the oceanic scientific community.

More detail of this economic turn-around and prosperity project is provided at the end of the following patented project schematics.

The following pictures are meant to display possible physical characteristics of the present invention and are not to be taken in a limiting sense. It is understood that other embodiments may be utilized and that structural changes may be made without departing from the scope of the invention.

Project Summary

The primary potential of this project is:

--The establishment of a super-speed (14,000+/- mph) and environmentally friendly transport system connecting the oceans with the land-mass and connecting many, if not all, nations across our planet.

--The international economic turn-around and prosperity aspect of this project that will last generations to come.

--In terms of global economies, mass employment will be created not only for the near term but for lifetimes. During construction and technology development of the Aqua and Terra Stations, people will be needed to learn to build and operate this innovation for hundreds of years.

--Initially, this environmentally friendly system will be used for the transport of cargo containers and after successful test periods, it will serve as an alternative mode of transport. At hyper-speed velocity reaching 14,000+ mph, a journey around the world would take two (2) hours.

--This transport system is based on the idea of combining electromagnetic with pneumatic principles to catapult a cylinder container through a tube-link network at speeds reaching 14,000+ mph. The idea of this system is to create the outer atmosphere space environment within the Aqua-Terra tube-link network so that the cylinder containers which travel through the tube-link network have nearly no friction.

--Aqua-Terra project is the development and construction of an alternative transport and transportation system that consists of a network of twelve (12) floating and anchored Aqua Stations, each connected by the tube-link network and each Aqua (Oceanic-based) Station connected to two or more Terra (Land-based) Stations for further distribution within the land mass.

--The Aqua Stations, with its seven (7) mile diameter on the top level and four additional levels beneath the ocean surface, will provide the opportunity to construct and develop each Aqua Station into Oceanic Mini Cities.

--These Aqua Stations are connected to each other and to land-masses by sub-water tube-link network. The land-mass stations (Terra Stations) provide loading and unloading facilities for cargo and passengers and located near coast-lines expanding into the land-mass for further distribution and land-mass unity purposes.

The infrastructure and developments currently planned for each Aqua Stations is as follows:

Energy shall be developed and created via non-polluting sources such as solar, wind, oceanic-waterfall (created specifically for this project), and fission atomic energy. The preferred energy sources are from non-polluting / “green” sources, allowing for future sources of energy that may provide cleaner, more efficient ways to manufacture energy.

Each Aqua Station shall provide sufficient Energy for itself, developments within the Station, and sufficient energy for its portion of the transport system. Additionally, each satellite sub-station within any Aqua Station shall also be self-contained and self-sufficient on a smaller scale then the main Aqua Station. Access energy produced may be made available to land based users.

Drinking and Irrigation Water shall be provided via desalinization facilities that will be within each Aqua Station and are part of the overall development. All water purification systems of each Aqua Station will provide water for the entire main station and all embodied sub-stations.

An alternative to in-house water productivity may be from newly developing technologies like EDT of Australia, where an unlimited amount of water can be produced from the air through the use of various applications of science. Any access water produced by desalinization, the EDT or other system may also be made available to land based communities.

Food / Sea Farming shall be provided via greenhouse / aquatic, and seafood farming technological facilities. The master Aqua Station and one designated substation shall provide enough food through use of greenhouses for the entire population of the Aqua Station and for each separate sub-station within the Aqua Station network.

Additionally, attention will be given to planting trees to establish forests some of which will be rain forest environments within Aqua Stations to assure the production of oxygen within the Aqua Station and in the global region of the Aqua Station, ultimately, contributing to some degree, oxygen globally.

These foods and commercial items shall be grown for internal and external distribution throughout the network of Aqua Stations and all access production is to be made available to any interested parties from the land-based communities.

Food production shall be rotated between southern and northern hemisphere on a seasonal basis to assure food year round without the usual climatic and environmental interruptions.

Different types of foods shall be grown at each Aqua Station to assure a variety of aquatic based foods that are to be shared with all Aqua Station in the network, their inhabitants and the general public worldwide. As a major thrust of producing food, sea farms are also planned as part of the food production strategy. These sea farms will produce all possible varieties of fish and seafood.

Clothing/Fabric will be created via R&D and manufacturing facilities to be located on select Aqua Stations. Some sub-Stations within certain Aqua Stations shall provide all of the raw materials, from plants and other traditional sources, to create durable and fashionable fabrics and possibly create other specialized materials and fabrics made from plant fibers for composite materials.

Recycling of Waste is important element of this project. All waste shall be processed and converted into some usable form. The waste system infrastructure will be established and constructed with safety in mind. The system will consist of a pipe networks that will transport waste from each location of the Aqua facility to the processing location within the complex.

FINANCING for Aqua-Terra is estimated to be $1-1.2 trillion. Since many nations will be involved in this project, it will be necessary to issue a Global Debt Bond (GDB) whereby each participating nation commits to and takes on a proportional portion of the anticipated debt offering via their governmental guarantee (GG).

This approach will more likely assure that the newly created Aqua-Terra public company will be able to raise all of the necessary funds from the global investment community via the backing of these government guarantees. However, if the investor community and / or the Aqua-Terra management team choose the common stock approach instead of a debt instrument (i.e. GDB), then the government guarantees will not be called on and thus, no actual taxpayer-money is needed for financing or re-payment since the risk will be born by the common stock equity holders.

If the GDB approach is taken, then the participating nations guarantee will be backed by all of the Aqua-Terra assets. Such assets shall consist of a mix of securities, cash, acquired company assets, and balance sheet items shown on corporate financial statements. If default should occur causing a call on government guarantees, which is not anticipated under a common share issuance program, then the assets of the Aqua-Terra enterprise shall first be liquidated and used to re-pay any of the original investors monies and prior to drawing on any nation's guarantee.

Under the GDB program, participating nations shall have the option of converting their guarantees into equity interest in Aqua-Terra, the public company, and thus receive participation in profits, dividends, etc. If some or all options to convert to equity are exercised, that portion of Aqua-Terra debt will be forgiven and thus, no repayment will be necessary and the balance sheet of Aqua-Terra will reflect such debt elimination changes accordingly. Under this GDB program, 10% of profits shall be set aside and paid annually on a proportional divided basis between all participating nations.

In conclusion, it may be said that the Aqua-Terra project is an innovative way to turning-around not only the American economy but the world economies simultaneously while creating an arena for global prosperity for generations to come.

Transparency is to be part of the overall policy of operating the Aqua-Terra businesses so that all stakeholders are and continue to be fully informed and know all that is known pertaining to their and all stakeholder's position and interest.

Thank you for taking the time to read and review this presentation and for your support in whatever form you wish to contribute to this undertaking and thus, our global collective society.

Respectfully,

Yon
