This writing has been composed to present a national and international economic prosperity and expansion program for all nations through the implementation of the et3.com, Inc.'s patented airless-tube transportation system technology and the patented Aqua=Terra planetary stations and transportation system innovation.

Information on the patented ET3 airless (vacuum) transport tube transport technology may be viewed at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=92dK_yxaKvk&feature=related and www.et3.net and information regarding the Aqua=Terra stations portion, please view http://www.facebook.com/pages/Aquaterra-A-SUPER-FAST-PLANETARY-TRANSPORT-SYSTEM-/106199809419664?ref=ts and www.invention.net/aquaterra.

The ET3 innovative advanced transportation system provides for an airless (vacuum) environment within a tube network containing a magnetic levitation (meglev) system whereby a cylinder container / capsule type vehicle, the size of an automobile, that travels within this airless outer-space type environment tube-linked network, transporting cargo and persons at hyper speed velocity of 350 (local)-4,000+ (international) mph. The vacuum that is within the tube-link network duplicates outer space conditions and thus, no friction when the containers travel within the airless tubes. The levitating electro magnetic aspect allows the capsules not to touch anything and thus, basically flies through the tube network as if in outer space and is why this transport system has the capacity of such great speeds, reaching thousands of miles per hour.

The ET3 Aqua=Terra projects first entail the development of Terra stations on land masses within each nation to be a foundation for internal transport needs. Once many nations establish the ET3 Aqua=Terra transport system internally, efforts will begin to establish the international tube-link network connecting Terra stations with a network of twelve (12) Aqua (Ocean-based) stations to establish a hyper-speed oceanic transport system to replace the inefficient, costly, slow, polluting and climatically exposed shipping and airline systems currently being employed for long distance transport of cargo and persons.

In terms of the prosperity aspect of this project, this Aqua=Terra project addresses many issues dealing with the economics within each nation. As we are all aware, the current state of the international economy is weak at best and with no real solution as of yet implemented.

Additionally, these ET3 Aqua=Terra projects provide a viable solution to the lack of internal economic growth by providing employment opportunities to the general public in participating nations and thus with income, the public can spend on goods and services and thus, continuously create demand, growth and prosperity. Economic data clearly support the idea that when the people are working and being productive, they have money to spend and as they spend, their local and national economies prosper because they create demand and with the ET3 Aqua=Terra projects, demand is likely to be more constant and lasting.

Other issues that require our national and international attention include matters of regional and the global climate changes and other possible cataclysms like earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, waters rising, and also space originating projectiles like asteroids, comets, and whatever, all of which has and continues to occur on this planet that we inhabit and is likely to occur at some point in time.

Thus, the only logical solution is to build something now that gets people working, be productive and thus, brings prosperity for the people in each nation choosing to participate while securing, to a great extent, the continuation of our Human specie regardless of climatic and environmental changes.

It is suggested that the proposed location for the total planetary ET3 Aqua=Terra transport system network be established across each nation via the Terra stations and later expanded into the twelve oceanic Aqua station network, all of which shall collectively create a single-standard planetary transportation system, much like the electronic internet provides except transportation based.

Our Planet Earth has a surface area of 510,066,000 sq. km. with a land mass of 148,647,000 sq. km. (29.1%) and Oceans covering an area of 335,258,000 sq. km. with a total water mass of 362,419,000 sq. km. (70.9%) of which 97% is salt and 3% is fresh.

As stated above, the planet Earth is approximately 71% water and contains five (5) oceans which include the Artic, Atlantic, Indian, Pacific, and Southern. Historically, only four (4) oceans were officially recognized until the year 2000 A.D. at which time the International Hydrographic Organization established the Southern Ocean and thus, determined its limits. The limits include all water below 60 degrees south, and some of it, like Artic Ocean, is frozen.

In size from largest to smallest, the five oceans are identified as follows: The Pacific is number one and the largest of the group with an area of 155,557,000 sq. km.

Second is the Atlantic having an area of 76,762,000 sq. km.

Third is the Indian Ocean with covering an area of 68,556,000 sq. km.

Fourth, is what is referred to as the Southern Ocean with an area of 20,327,000 sq. km.

The fifth and smallest Ocean is identified as the Arctic with an area of 14,056,000 sq. km.

The depths in the Oceans vary and have been identified as follows: The Mariana Trench of the Pacific is 35,827 ft. deep. The Puerto Rico Trench which is located in the Atlantic is 30,246 ft. deep. The Java Trench that is located in the Indian Ocean is 24,460 ft. deep. The Artic basin located in the Artic Ocean is 18,456 ft. deep. And the depth of the Southern Ocean is yet to be determined and agreed-to by the oceanic scientific community.

Project Detail:

One of the most important components of this project is the establishment of the hyper-speed and environmentally friendly transport system that connects regions within each nation with a network of airless tub-links that connect a network of Terra (land-based) stations and then connecting to a network of twelve (12) ocean-based stations aka Aqua stations.

Another component and probably most important for the collective global society is the international economic prosperity aspect of this project that will be brought forth by this undertaking. Mass employment will be created not only for the near term but for lifetimes.

During the construction and technology development of the Aqua and Terra Stations plus the continued expansion of the airless tube-links to surrounding populations around each Terra station will bring forth mass-employment needs, not only the immediate term, but likely for the very long term lasting hundreds if not one thousand years hereafter.

The Aqua=Terra / ET3 transportation system shall be used for the transport of cargo containers and simultaneously or after a successful test period with cargo and resulting business, persons shall also be provided access to the system and be able to travel to any destination where the system exist.

This Aqua=Terra / ET3 project has been conceived with the idea in mind to create a single standard for long distance transportation that eventually is accessible to all nations and the entire population of our planet.

This transport system is based on the idea of creating an outer-space / airless / vacuum environment inside a tube-link network and using magnetic principles, levitate a cylinder container / capsule through this tube-link network at speeds from 350 mph to 4,000+ mph, depending on the terrain. Thus, a journey from New York, USA to Beijing, China, approximately 8,000 miles, would take approximately two hours at 4,000 mph.

As stated above, the eventual and overall project entails the development and construction of a planetary transportation system to ultimately consist of a network of twelve (12) oceanic-based Aqua stations that connect to continents and the network of Terra stations that continue across the nations territory extending from each Terra station until the desired regions are connected to each other and the international Aqua station system.

Each Aqua Station floats and submerges with a seven (7) mile diameter on the top level and four downward extending levels to approximately 800 feet below the surface. The top level consists of a twenty-two (22) mile circumference with the lower levels providing a slightly less area all of which provide the opportunity to construct and developed each Aqua Station into virtually Oceanic Mini Cities, each connecting to each other by the sub-water tube-link transport network and connecting to land at the on-shore Terra station location that provide loading and unloading facilities for cargo and passengers coming from all corners of the nation’s territory.

When all twelve (12) stations are completed and operational, the worldwide network of Aqua Stations will provide the general world public with a very safe, environmentally friendly and hyper-speed transport system in addition to a variety of comforts on each Aqua Station. These comfort features include living quarters, facilities for vacations, work, study, food and water production, thus, providing for all of the basic human needs and comforts without needing to any longer tap into the earth’s resources for raw materials.

In addition to the basic Human needs facilities, day and night-time sport and recreational facilities like golf courses, sports arenas, destination resort hotels and other type of leisure facilities will also be developed and available to visitors and residents.

The business aspect of this undertaking includes presumption that this airless tube-link system will permit the capturing a certain percentage (10%) of the $8.65 trillion transportation business being currently conducted globally. This would be sufficient revenues and ROI to justify the construction of this transportation system. The financing may be accomplished by various means all of which is to be determined with discussions with national leaders of each nation as arranged.

Nations will also realize that natural cataclysms on this planet have occurred and continue to occur and one day it is probable that this planet will experience again a major earthquake, a super volcano eruption, waters rising, projectiles from space hitting the Earth, and at the end, we have done nothing to prepare for such an event that is certainly to come.

Thus, we need to build these self-contained and self-sufficient Terra and Aqua stations to assure the survival of our species even though we are likely unable to save everyone, but enough of us to continue in our evolution. Additionally, we shall also need to know how to build self-contained environments when traveling to other planets and thus, the construction of the Terra and Aqua stations provides us with the opportunity to debug self-contained environments for our future needs as space travelers.

The following is some ideas and detail of the infrastructure and developments planned for each Aqua Stations.

1) Energy shall be developed and created via non-polluting sources like solar, wind, oceanic-waterfall (created specifically for this project), and possibly fission atomic energy if safe and agreed to by the collective of nations. For purpose of this project, the preferred energy sources are from these non-polluting sources even though other future sources of energy may provide cleaner and more efficient ways to manufacture energy.

Each Aqua Station shall provide sufficient energy for itself, developments within the Station, and sufficient energy for the transport system. Additionally, each satellite sub-station within any Aqua Station shall also be self-contained and self-sufficient on a smaller scale then the main Aqua Station. Access energy produced may be sold to land based users.

2) Drinking and Irrigation Water shall be provided via desalinization facilities that will be within each Aqua Station and are part of the overall development. All water purification systems of each Aqua Station will provide water for the entire main station and all embodied sub-stations.

An alternative to in-house water productivity may be from the new technology developed by EDT of Australia whereby, as reported, an unlimited amount of water is produced from the air through the use of various applications of science. Any access water produced by desalinization or the EDT system may be sold to land based communities.

All drinking and farming water shall be distributed to each satellite sub-Station that will be equipped with water tanks for holding, storing, and distributing water for drinking, farming and other uses within the sub-station. All sub-Station's water storage tanks shall always be full to capacity and cycled out on a first in first out basis to maintain water integrity.

3) Food Farming shall be provided via greenhouse / aquatic, and seafood farming technological facilities. The master Aqua Station and one designated sub-station within shall provide enough food through use of greenhouses for the entire population of the Aqua Station and for each separate sub-station within the Aqua Station network.

Within each Aqua Station, one sub-Station shall be converted into an exclusive aquatic-based Greenhouse facility to produce desired and selected food items to include vegetables, trees, plants and flowers.

Additionally, attention will be given to establishing rain forest environments within Aqua Stations to assure the production of oxygen within the Aqua Station and in the global region of the Aqua Station, ultimately, contributing oxygen worldwide.

These foods and commercial items shall be grown for internal and external distribution throughout the network of Aqua Stations and all access production is to be sold to any interested buyers from land-based communities. Food production shall be rotated between southern and northern hemisphere on a seasonal basis.

As stated above, in addition to food production and in the interest of feeding the masses while increasing revenue flow, other higher ticket commodities like flowers and plants may be produced for distribution through the Aqua Station network and access sold to any land-based interested buyers.

Different types of foods shall be grown at each Aqua Station to assure a variety of aquatic based foods that are to be shared with all Aqua Station in the network, their inhabitants and the general public worldwide. As a major thrust of producing food, sea farms are planned as part of the food production strategy. These sea farms will produce a variety of seafood.

4) Clothing/Fabric developments will be created via R&D and manufacturing facilities to be located on select Aqua Stations. Some sub-Stations within certain Aqua Stations shall provide all of the raw materials, from plants and other traditional sources, to create durable and fashionable fabrics and possibly create other specialized materials and fabrics made from plant fibers and composite materials.

Additionally, the equipment that is necessary to convert the raw materials into finished clothing shall also be either constructed from scratch or purchased from land-based manufacturers. All production of garments shall be sold and distributed through the Aqua Stations network and to the general world population through private business enterprises.

5) Housing shall be developed and constructed via specialized composite prefab materials molded into sections that are simply united and erected by assembly with their joint fittings. This is critical when development begins to assure a fast construction and completion period. A very limited amount of wood shall be used on the Aqua Station in order to preserve the tree population of the land. Strong and flexible plastics shall also be developed to replace wood.

Modular and elevated housing will also be incorporated into the internal development of the Aqua and Terra Station's using specialized plastics and possibly composite materials instead of wood to preserve the trees on land. Specialized elevated housing shall be constructed on the top level of the Aqua Stations.

Internally in the Aqua Station, other type of housing and entertainment facilities shall be incorporated into the architectural designs. As part of the overall project development, project management will, to some extent, attempt to preserve the architecture of the on-shore communities worldwide by designating a section of the Aqua Station to be developed into housing that depicts the local traditional architecture. This shall serve to preserve some of the culture of the people in the specific region where an Aqua Station may exist off shore.

6) Recycling of Waste is a very important element of this project. All waste shall be processed and converted into some usable form. The infrastructure to assure the recycling of waste shall be established when the foundation of the internal Aqua Station is being worked on. This will include the construction of recycling facilities and pipe network thereof that will transport waste to the processing facility and thereafter discharge the non-polluting access into the ocean or send out the usable end-product into the community or storage location. Also using state of the art technologies like arc-plasma technology to vaporize trash and utilize the resulting steam for energy purposes.

7) Healthcare, Medical, and Scientific Research Facilities shall be constructed within the Aqua Stations to advance healthy living for all people in each Aqua Station and to all people visiting the Stations. Each Aqua Station shall be equipped with a state of the art medical center and research facilities to deal with developments and advancements in science and medicine for the benefit of the general world population.

Medical services shall be free to all children, elderly, and persons employed by Aqua-Terra enterprise. Visitors and others shall have access to all medical facilities and at a minimal cost. All doctors and hospital staff shall be employed by a new to be established Aqua-Terra Health Care subsidiary.

In accomplishing this health care segment of the project, management anticipates making employment and compensation agreements and arrangements with doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals. The agreements shall stipulate that all living and entertainment facilities shall be provided to these professionals free of charge in exchange for their services as professional health / medical care providers.

Additionally, business alliances will be made with existing equipment manufacturers and professional care experts to establish the beginnings of various research and development facilities on all Aqua Stations. This will assure that medical personnel and services provided to inhabitants of all Aqua Stations will always be by very well trained and cared for. All medical professionals shall have access to science and equipment having the most current state of the art technology therewith.

8) Leisure and Vacation Accommodations shall be developed as full service resort-facilities that include theme-park hotels, mini lakes and streams, indoor and outdoor professional and public sports facilities and all amenities thereof. Additionally, current and future advancements in holographic and virtual reality technologies, using newly created software, will be available to enhance private and group entertainment. These and other type of sport and entertainment facilities shall be available to the public at all Aqua Station facility.

In short, sport and entertainment activities for visitors and for those living on the Aqua Stations will include all entertainment facilities that are now available worldwide and those things not yet available and being developed. The Aqua Stations will provide visitors with the opportunity to vacation, be catered too, see live music concerts, operas, theatre, movies, sport events and have access to adventurous holographic and virtual reality facilities.

9) Educational and Cultural Facilities shall be constructed with state of the art computers and related technology that will be available to anyone who is seeking to educate themselves or simply seeking information on any subject. Educational (pre-K through University) facilities will be established as part of the overall educational structure within the Aqua Station system worldwide.

These facilities will provide participatory classes and curriculum on various subjects that are of human and general interest (i.e. Math, Science, Technology, Engineering, Languages, Music and all forms of Art) to the population and will be available to those living or visiting any Aqua Station.

All levels of education will be focused on teaching subjects that cover all areas of human and general interests including advancements in areas of related to human cultural development, science, technology, the arts, etc.

10) A CENTRAL CURRENCY (“Trade-Units”) System may be established if needed by the international community of nations as a stabilizing currency whereby its value is determined daily by the net change of all currencies in circulation. These Trade-Units may be used to negotiate all goods and services rendered on any Aqua or Terra station. The valuation of the currency shall be based on the daily official exchange rates as published by each nation in the international monetary exchange market (i.e. FOREX)..

11) Security of the Aqua Stations, Terra Stations, and the Planetary Transport System will involve an internal and external security systemthat is composed of detection and offense devices summarized by the following. All nations participating in this undertaking shall provide security for all Terra stations and tube-link network located on their land and territory.

The Internal Security of the Aqua and Terra Stations will be provided through the use of specialized molecular censor devices, visual and audio devices, and monitoring security personnel. Offensive weaponry, other than for directly protecting the stations, shall not be permitted on any Aqua or Terra Station. Offensive weapons are weapons that are capable of killing. Anyone found holding or with such offensive weaponry shall be banned from all Aqua and Terra Stations for life.

The offensive weaponry used to protect the stations shall eventually be replaced by defensive weaponry. Defensive weaponry is shield technology that is planned on being developed. Defensive weaponry will not be able to be penetrated by offensive weaponry. These internal security devices / censors are to be located throughout the Stations to detect any explosives, hazardous materials, offensive weapons, or any foreign matter that may endanger the facility and people within. As an added feature of internal security, specially trained security personnel shall walk in pairs and in all public and some private sectors and levels of the each Station.

Additionally, research and development in the area of Shield Technology will also be conducted to develop a technology that is defensive and not offensive. This will be used by individuals to protect their body and may be used to protect an object as large as the Aqua Station.

When the defensive weaponry research is completed and construction of such weaponry is at hand, offensive weapons, except for the Aqua Stations laser and disrupter defense technology, will no longer be used or necessary. Anyone entering the Terra and Aqua Stations shall walk through a screening gateway at lease two times.

Once at the Terra Station and again when arriving at any Aqua Station. The same security procedures shall be followed for cargo containers that would be loaded onto the transport cylinder for transport to an Aqua or other Terra Station location. The External Security system for the Aqua Stations and Transport System shall be composed of the following:

  1. For the Aqua Stations and on six (6) floating platforms, a two (2) mile circumference detection and defense system will be constructed that includes long range radar, sonar, day and night visual and audio capacity. An offensive / laser technology system is to be established and located around the Central Core to protect the Aqua Station from unauthorized intruders that may approach the Station from the air.
  2. Solar powered airborne drones and sub-water submarine-like vehicles will also be used for air and water security and defense of the long distance sub-water transport tube-link network. These security and offensive airborne vehicles are capable of vertical landing and flying and are unmanned drone aircraft.

These drone flying vehicles will be powered by solar or another type of efficient energy source and controlled by monitoring electronically by personnel located within each Aqua Station. These flying vehicles will have the capacity to police, see, hear and respond when instructed to proceed to any emergency in the open seas and shall also serve to protect the entire length of the transportation system from any threatening incoming objects (air or sea).

  3. The sub-water submarine-like vehicles will serve as repair and defense vehicles with smart torpedo capacity for offensive needs. These will be manned vehicles. However, there shall also be unmanned security vehicles that shall be controlled by monitoring personnel located within each Aqua Station.
  4. A hemispheric satellite 24/7 security and defense system will also be established. This system will provide for two (2) stationary space satellites, one to be located in space far above the North Pole and the other far above the South Pole and both having detection, laser, audio and visual capacity. Threats to the transport system may not only come from the surface of the planet but may also come from space (meteors, asteroid, and possible other currently unknown sources) and thus, this element of security is vital to planetary security.

The Aqua Stations will be located in international waters and not less than 15.2 miles offshore from many nations and in most cases, hundreds (100+) of miles off-shore and between continents. Thus, the network of the eventual twelve (12) connected Aqua Stations will be in international waters at all times and therefore, make it possible to form a secure and safe long-distance planetary travel system that will be available to all citizens of the world who choose to use the facilities.

This transport system is designed to operate mostly below the surface of deep bodies of water (i.e. Oceans, Seas, Deep Rivers and Lakes) and when necessary, beneath land.

As stated previously, the basic business concept of this Project is to first establish the transport system to permit bulk cargo to travel to far places within minutes or hours and at a later date, permit passengers to travel safely and at very high speeds to their desired long distance travel destinations.

The completion of the first set of three stations shall provide the facilities to take advantage of the current transport container business currently being conducted along the Western Pacific Region near China.

12) FINANCING OF THIS PROJECT will be sought from the global investment community using a unique financing method that involves many nations as guarantors for a convertible debt / equity issue, all of which is yet to be negotiated. The estimated / required funding for this Project is in excess of $1.2 trillion.

Use of Proceeds: Aqua-Terra senior management shall actively seek out and acquire strategic alliances with public and private companies having technological capacities in areas complimentary to the needs of this Project.

Additionally, proceeds shall be used to construct the Terra stations and airless tube-link network of the Aqua=Terra / ET3 transportation system. Each national Licensee member of the ET3 consortium shall provide regulatory clearances within their nation providing sovereign land to establish this transportation system. If any persons are displaced in this process in locations of the Terra and / or along the airless tube-link network, then those persons shall be provided with alternative living facilities at no cost to them.

Additionally, the local citizenry will greatly benefit from the construction of the Terra (land-based) stations and extending airless tube-links as manufacturing sites a person's will be needed for development of various components of the transport system in their region.

Brief description of ASSETS: The current and value of assets for this project is the collective consortium of ET3 Licensees.
With the establishment the oceanic transportation business using the airless tube technology and newly created Aqua=Terra real estate, the potential value of this enterprise, after completion, will be in the multi-billion to one trillion+ dollars. Please understand that no guarantees are being made or implied by this statement.

The Project's Relevancy: This international prosperity project is critical for the advancement of global economics and the environment through the development of this network transport system that will create mass employment globally and for a very long time (100's-1000+ years).

Additionally, this project shall also provide for a simultaneous technological advancement for all nations participating in this undertaking. Benefits include but are not limited to housing, food and water development facilities, health maintenance facilities, energy development facilities, educational and research facilities, entertainment and sports facilities, all of which to enhance life for anyone wishing to work, visit and/or live on the Aqua Stations.

Most importantly, this project, when complete, will allow us to no longer be dependent on climactic conditions to grow food and will provide us with a safe haven to be sheltered from the elements when necessary. Also realize that droughts will no longer be an issue anywhere in our world. Food and water produced year round on the Aqua stations shall be available to all people needing such items.

The joining of the Aqua=Terra project into the fold of the ET3 consortium provides a great opportunity to accelerate efforts in making this single standard planetary transportation undertaking a reality.

The ET3 consortium continues to develop relationships with prospective Licensees for the ET3 collective and thus, expanding its network of contacts to begin the implementation of this massive undertaking. Newly made contacts include dignitaries and executives.

We have recently (9/17-9/19/2010) exposed this Aqua=Terra / ET3 planetary transportation idea to the South Asia community through our speaking presentation and booth display at the USABF event at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, CA. This proved to be very successful for Aqua=Terra / ET3 and all that was presented was very well received.

The next step is to continue the networking while appointments are made with consul generals in the Los Angels area as follow-ups. This begins in October of 2010. This strategy is focused on reaching the leaders of nations to begin dialog in establishing this airless tube system in their nation.

Part of the financial management strategy will be to assure that all financial related activities are handled by independent professionals so that no conflict of interest can arise. Other checks and balances will also be incorporated into the operating systems to assure transparency and integrity.

This concept of corporate financial responsibility provides for the hiring of an independent accounting services entity to handle all accounting, auditing and reporting elements of the businesses created by this Project. This will insure stakeholders and shareholders of Aqua=Terra / ET3 that all remains above board and transparent.

About this Project's Innovator: J. “Yon” Friedmann

The following is a chronological summary of credentials, professional experience and qualifications of this project's innovator, with focus on the most current activities at the end.

1967 - 1969 - U.S. Armed Forces (Vietnam Era Veteran). Honorable Discharge.

1969 - 1970 - Completed studies at Automation Institute of America, receiving completion certificate in Computer System Design, Programming, and Operations.

1970 - 1972- Completed and graduated Woodbury College, at that time located in Los Angeles and received a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Management and minor in Economics.

1972 - 1977 - Employed as a Commercial Loan Officer at City National Bank, Los Angeles. Duties included making small to large commercial loans and periodically oversee banking operational activities.

1977-1978 was employed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Afro-American Cultural and Education Center in Los Angeles under a one-year contract through CETA, a government funded program.

1977-1990 was a business consultant specializing in turning around troubled companies (private and public) and managed cash flow for various companies as a service.

1983-1984 First began working on the idea of a planetary transportation system and made the first drawing of an Aqua station. During this time, did some research with the international community by discussing the idea with local Counsel general offices of many nations to see if they would have interest in such an undertaking and all responded positively.

However, 1983, the technology, money and my education was not yet ready so the idea was put on hold for nearly twenty years until 2000 when this idea came to mind again and my work began to get a patent. So, during the years 1984 through 1990, I continued working as a consultant specializing in troubled companies and those who wanted to grow and prosper.

1990 passed the Commodity Brokers exam (Series 3) and was active as a licensed commodity broker with American National Trading Corp. in Los Angeles.

In 1993 passed the Series 7 and 63 Securities Broker exams and in 1994, passed the series 24 and 4 exams while working at Baraban Securities, Inc. in the Culver City office. Responsibilities were as a broker and instructor. In 1995-1996, contracted for one year to join another securities firm in Los Angeles that had five office locations n the western U.S. region (California, Arizona, and Utah). While at this firm, had a title of Executive Vice-President / General Manager overseeing investment banking, compliance, brokers, customer activities and negotiated resolution to complaints.

Took one year off until December 18, 1997- when purchased rights and formed Traditional Foodmakers, Inc., a frozen food USDA and FDA certified manufacturing company. As CEO / President, handled all responsibilities required of running a business. This business was closed in December of 2008 in order to pursue the Aqua-Terra planetary transport system project.

2000-2006 time was spent preparing to get the patent for this innovation called the Aqua-Terra Planetary Transport Systems & Development project. The patent (#7,114,882) was granted in October of 2006 and drawings may be viewed at the invention web site www.invention.net/aquaterra .

2004-2006, In the interest of establishing greater professional credentials for myself and credibility for the Aqua-Terra Project, I completed and received my Executive MBA from CTU (Colorado Technical University) Online in February of 2006 with a 3.75 GPA.

Since 2006, this project idea has been exposed to some extent over the internet and to individuals showing interest. Now that it is 2009 and the world economies are struggling, this project idea appears to have another face which is an international economic prosperity program that will create global demand for goods and services for hundreds if not one thousand years hereafter.

2009- Having realized that this Aqua=Terra transport project may be a vital element in the continuation and evolution of the global economies, I have begun researching the idea that this project may be the basis of forming a parallel economic system that may be called a Uconomic (economic behavior based on the interest of the collective) system versus our present day Seconomic (economic behavior based on self-serving interests) system. Thus, completing the development of this planetary transportation system will yield great economic growth internationally to many if not all nations and provide us all with a environmentally friendly and hyper-speed planetary transportation system that shall serve as a global economic stimulant and equalizer to yield the global society with prosperity for hundreds if not one thousand+ years hereafter.

2010- Joined forces with ET3 (et3.net) by becoming a Licensee of ET3 and its consortium of participants.
